Plating
24K Gold
This is the standard plating used on most of our items. Each piece of
hardware is hung on a plating rack which is immersed in a series of plating
and cleaning baths. We use hardware that has had cobalt paladium added to
the bath which increases the durability of the plating.
Titanium Nitride
Titanium nitride is applied to the individual hardware part before applying
the 24k gold plating. The TN is very hard and molecularly bonds with the part.
The combination of gold plating and TN creates an incredibly longlasting appearance.
Chrome
A highly durable finish used in our key rings which holds up well to
being put into a pocket or purse.
